At this afternoon's school board meeting, three students from SMS were recognized as the 1% Better award recipients! Swain Middle School is so proud of Conner Bowman in the 8th grade, Daniel Brooks in the 7th grade, and Mellayna Schenck in the 6th grade! Thank you for giving your "best and then some"!
Yearly sports physicals will be held at the high school May 20th after school. Students need to update these yearly. Student-athletes will not be able to practice or compete until an up to date physical is on file with the athletic director. Some parts of the physical form need to be pre-filled out before seeing the doctor. Forms are available in the front office of the middle school or can be obtained by emailing bledford@swainmail.org
