This week, join our Kindness Challenge! As we enter the gift-giving season, let's remember the most meaningful gestures cost nothing but mean everything. We challenge all students and staff to offer three key "unwrapped gifts" daily: The Gift of Time (sit with someone alone or check in with a coworker), The Gift of Encouragement (leave a positive note or offer a genuine compliment), and The Gift of Kindness (hold a door or help someone carry materials). Your challenge this week is to choose one person—student or staff—who needs a lift. Let's make generosity the kind we create, not the kind we buy.

Today we celebrate an incredible member of our Swain family, Mrs. Kathy Cook, as she enjoys her last day at Swain Middle School and begins a well-deserved retirement!
